Craft Meat & Co. started in a small kitchen in Kattoor, Thrissur — with a simple belief: charcuterie this good shouldn't require a flight to Europe. Every sausage, every dry-aged cut, every jar of bacon jam is still made in small batches, by hand.

We work directly with regional farms for our pork, chicken and buffalo, and we've never added a filler to stretch a batch.
