DELIVERY TIMELINES

Within Kochi & Thrissur city limits

Free Home Delivery to Kochi on Wednesday and Friday between 5-9 pmFree Home Delivery to Thrissur on Tuesday and Thursday Between 5-8 pm.

Within Bangalore City limits

Usually delivered within 24 hours. The delivery is free in the 15 km radius from our warehouse. After that, it will be charged based on distance

Incase, it’s out of stock we will notify the delivery timing.

Within Mumbai City limits

Usually delivered within 24 hours.

The delivery is free in the 15 km radius from our warehouse. After that, it will be charged based on distance.

Incase, it’s out of stock we will notify the delivery timing.

Rest of India

 Dispatch between 2-6 days from Order. We usually dispatch only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Once dispatched it will reach within 24-72 hours.

Flat Delivery Fees of 200 Rs

We pack the Meat & cheese in thermocol boxes with frozen gel packs and dry ice. This helps the cheese & Meat travel for over 72 hours. Once dispatched, deliveries happen well within 24-72 hours.

What locations do you deliver to?


We ship within India only and we have tied up reputed couriers for fast delivery across India.
We have delivery hubs in Mumbai, Bangalore and Thrissur. Your Order will be dispatched from the nearest hub.
Pin codes under our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. 
In case your delivery address is not covered by our delivery partner, on request, we will attempt to ship through alternate channel partners for an additional charge.

How do you ensure meat & cheese stays fresh while delivering across india?

We pack the cheese in thermocol boxes with frozen gel packs and dry ice. This helps the cheese travel for over 72 hours. Once dispatched, deliveries happen well within 24-72 hours.


How can I track delivery of my order?


We will email you the tracking reference number and the name of our shipping partner used for your shipment. You can visit our shipping partner website and track your shipment through the tracking number.

Yes, we charge an additional shipping charge. The shipping charge can change at any time in the future as it is dependent on the delivery partner.

SHIPPING DURATION

What is the standard delivery time?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to reach you. Delivery times will depend on the terms & conditions of our delivery partners and will vary based on the destination of the shipment.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Craft Meat & Co cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Refunds

Our team at Craft Meat & Co, handcraft sausages, fresh meats, cheeses and condiments with utmost care and dedication and it is always our endeavor that our products reach you in the most optimum condition.

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Since our products are perishable, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please do get in touch with us with photogenic evidence of your order within 4 hours of delivery.

Once we have the required information, our team will look into the issue & get back to you at the earliest. However, we cannot be responsible, initiate a refund or provide exchange for a damaged or compromised product due to the following:

Delayed deliveries due to weather or other “Acts of God”.

Incorrect addresses. (*Please be sure to include apartment or floor numbers, accurate pincode as needed.)

Delivered to specified address, yet package wasn’t received.

Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the arrival of perishables!

Package delivered but contents not refrigerated immediately allowing for unnecessary spoilage

Items that have been discarded or consumed.

Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. However, in case of an emergency, should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team to discuss the same.
